Seller warrants workmanship to be free of defects for a period of 1 year. That covers general leaks, repairs and rust to the metal or frame of the building.

Leaks that occur in the roof of the building where the metal is fastened to the frame are covered in this 1-year maintenance warranty. (Overlap on horizontal metal is not covered in the warranty as buildings longer than 36 feet should have a vertical metal application to avoid leak potential).

No warranty is provided for leaking at base rail or under the doors.

The 14-gauge steel option carries a 1-year no rust warranty. If the frame rusts within the first year, we will repair and/or replace it.

The 12-gauge steel option carries a 20-year no rust warranty. If the frame rusts within 20 years, we will repair and/or replace it.

All buildings are installed with the standard rebar rod, which does not provide any warrants against wind damage.

Wind warranty is voided when customer uses their own anchors or when the anchors cannot be securely fastened to the ground, due to rock or unleveled ground, which does not allow the anchors to be properly fastened.

1-year warranty-damages caused by wind to the sheet metal or trim are covered in the 1-year maintenance warranty.

Uneven or unlevel site installations are installed as-is and the only warranties issued are the rust through warranties.

This warranty will not apply to any products if contact is made with soils, such as fertilizers or other moisture retaining substances; failure to remove condensation from all surfaces of the product; deterioration of the sheet caused by contact with green or wet timber or treated pine; or the installation is subject to unusually corrosive environments at any time; future storms and tempest or other acts of God.
